Refund Policy

How GamingCenter.lk reviews refunds, package issues, point disputes, tournament fees, failed payments, and withdrawal problems.

Policy overview

GamingCenter.lk aims to handle refund and wallet issues fairly. Refund approval depends on the package status, branch rules, payment method, usage history, reservation status, tournament rules, and review outcome.

Package refunds

A package may be eligible for review when it was paid for but not used, the reservation was not confirmed, the branch could not provide the service, or an approved service issue stopped the session before meaningful play time started.

Used sessions

Packages, PC time, driving simulator sessions, tournament slots, or reward offers that have already been used are normally not refundable unless a serious service failure or duplicate charge is confirmed.

Reservation changes

If a player books the wrong branch, date, device, or package, the reservation may be moved where possible. A refund is not automatic if the booking can reasonably be corrected or rescheduled.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, is charged twice, or does not update the wallet correctly, the player should provide the transaction reference, phone number, package name, date, amount, and payment method so the issue can be checked.

Points wallet refunds

Purchased points can be reviewed if they were not credited or were credited incorrectly. Points that have already been spent, transferred, used for creator support, converted into rewards, or attached to a withdrawal request may not be refundable.

Bonus and promotional points

Bonus points, campaign rewards, free credits, referral rewards, leaderboard rewards, and promotional balances are not treated like cash purchases. They can expire, be reversed, or be removed if the campaign rules require it.

Creator support points

Support sent to creators or streamers is normally final after confirmation because it affects creator balance and payout review. It may only be reversed for proven mistakes, duplicate payment, or abuse.

Tournament entry fees

Tournament refunds depend on event rules. Refunds may be denied after brackets are locked, a match starts, a player fails to attend, or the slot blocks another player from joining. If the center cancels an event, the player may receive a refund, reschedule, or credit.

Withdrawals and payout issues

Withdrawal requests are not ordinary refunds. They are reviewed against wallet rules, minimum balance, identity checks, payout method, payout transaction dates, and approval status before release.

Refund request details

To request a refund, send the account phone number, username, branch, package or tournament name, payment amount, transaction reference, date/time, and a clear reason. Missing details can delay or stop the review.

Processing time

Review time depends on payment confirmation, branch confirmation, and support availability. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, or through another approved method.

Partial refunds and credits

In some cases the player may receive a partial refund, replacement session, wallet credit, package extension, or reschedule instead of a full cash refund. This depends on how much of the service was already used.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds can be rejected for completed sessions, late cancellation, no-show, wrong information entered by the player, account abuse, cheating, duplicate accounts, suspicious payment activity, or requests outside branch rules.

Chargebacks and disputes

Players should contact GamingCenter.lk support before opening a bank or payment dispute. Unverified chargebacks can pause wallet balances, reservations, creator payouts, and account features until the transaction is reviewed.

Record keeping

Refund requests, approvals, rejections, wallet corrections, and payout decisions may be kept for accounting, dispute handling, support history, and branch reporting.

Final decision

Final refund decisions are made after checking payment status, package usage, wallet history, and relevant branch rules.

Contact support

For refund help, contact the gaming center through the official website, branch phone number, or support channel. Always include your transaction reference and account phone number so support can find the issue quickly.
